The program does not support printers on network connections.
The printer must be connected to the computer via USB and have access to the internet. InkChip WIC is only available for Windows computers.
Ink waste counter readings are available free of charge, however, to reset the waste ink counter a key must be purchased. The program has several functions such as reading the used ink pad counter and resetting the Epson ink pad waste counter. InkChip WIC is a new Adjustment Program for Epson Printers.
